The major difference between 200 hours and 300 hours will be practice class. In 200 hours Teacher Training Course will be more focused on Primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and in 300 hours Teacher Training Course, students will practice both Primary and Intermediate series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and more focus will be on Intermediate series.
We recommend you to take up 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course first so that you have the complete knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary series asana and then take up 300 hours course or if you are practising Primary series asanas for a longer time you can join 300 hours Teacher Training Course.
On successful completion of the course, students will get the certificate affiliated to Yoga Alliance USA which is recognised worldwide. This certificate can be used to register yourself as Registered Yoga Teacher.
